  3. SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

  5. This user license agreement  (the "AGREEMENT") is an agreement between you
  6. (individual or single entity) and Yafeisoft, for the Yafeisoft software 
  7. (the "SOFTWARE") that is accompanying this AGREEMENT.

  9. The SOFTWARE is the property of Yafeisoft and is protected by copyright laws
  10. and international copyright treaties. The SOFTWARE is not sold, it is licensed.
  11.  
  12. TRIAL VERSION
  13.  
  14. If you accept the terms and conditions of this AGREEMENT, you have certain
  15. rights and obligations as follows:

  17. YOU MAY:

  19. 1. Install and use the unlimited number of copies of the TRIAL VERSION
  20. of this software for a period of 15 days.
  21. 2. Use one or more copies of the TRIAL VERSION for evaluation purposes only.
  22. 3. Copy and distribute freely the TRIAL VERSION (see 'DISTRIBUTION').

  25. YOU MAY NOT:

  27. 1. Sublicense, rent or lease the TRIAL VERSION or any portion of it.
  28. 2. Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or modify the TRIAL VERSION
  29. or any portion of it.
  30. 3. Use the TRIAL VERSION after the trial period of 15 days.

  32. DISTRIBUTION:

  34. You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the TRIAL VERSION as you wish
  35. and distribute it to anyone provided that all files are intact. You must
  36. distribute the install form of the TRIAL VERSION (not the files resulting of an
  37. installation). You are not allowed to sell the TRIAL VERSION (except for shipment
  38. and handling charges). Computer magazines are authorized to distribute it
  39. on any Cover Disk or CD-ROM without any permission. Please inform us by e-mail
  40. each time you distribute the TRIAL VERSION.

  43. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

  45. The SOFTWARE is supplied "AS IS". Yafeisoft disclaims all warranties, expressed
  46. or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and
  47. of fitness for any purpose. The user must assume the entire risk of using the SOFTWARE.

  49. DISCLAIMER OF DAMAGES
  50.  
  51. Yafeisoft assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may
  52. result from the use of the SOFTWARE, even if Yafeisoft has been advised of the
  53. possibility of such damages. Any liability of the seller will be limited to refund
  54. the purchase price.
